3-Ingredient Chia Pudding


This is the EASIEST! And at 8g of sugar you’re well within range of your daily count for your break-up with sugar!


  1. 1/2 cup almond milk (homemade best)

  2. 2/3 can whole fat, organic coconut milk

  3. 4 TBL chia seeds

  4. Drizzle local honey (optional)

  5. Sprinkle fresh berries (optional)

  6. Sprinkle slivered almonds (optional)

Here’s How

  1. Pour all ingredients into a mason jar.

  2. Shake vigorously.

  3. Place in fridge for 30 minutes.

  4. Option to top with honey, berries, and slivered almonds. Killer!
