Are YOU an Excuse Maker or an Action Taker?
“If you’re serious about changing your life you’ll find a way. If you’re not, you’ll find an excuse.” -Jen Sincero

How many times have you heard yourself say: I’d like to, but…
I’d like to eat organics, but they’re too expensive. I’d like to compete in an Ironman, but I’m too fat. I’d like to travel to Tibet, but I’m too old. I’d like to build a business, but I’m too poor.
Here are a few inspiring individuals that may have you thinking otherwise:
The Biggest Loser’s, Matt Hoover finished an Ironman at 237lbs. At 71, Katsusuke Yanagisawa, a retired Japanese schoolteacher, became the oldest person to climb Mt. Everest. J.K. Rowling was living on welfare before creating the wildly successful Harry Potter franchise. Muriel Johnston joined the Peace Corps at 85 years old.
You’re never too old, too fat, too inexperienced or too poor to begin. All it takes is a burning desire and serious belief in yourself.
Stop making excuses and start setting intentions!
