Blueberry Keto Collagen Smoothie

Blueberry Keto Collagen Smoothie

Yield: 2 cups //  Serving size: 1 cup // Prep time: 5 min Calories: 241 Fat: 15g Carbs: 13g Protein: 10g Sugar: 3g


  1. 1 serving Primal Kitchen Coconut Collagen Fuel (vanilla or chocolate)

  2. 1 packet Sambazon Açaí (unsweetened)

  3. 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)

  4. 2 Tbsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (or choice nut butter)

  5. 1 cup Forager Cashew Milk (or choice milk)

  6. 1/2 avocado

  7. Dash Himalayan sea salt

  8. Dash cinnamon


  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend on high until nice and smooth.

  3. Enjoy!

Due to its relatively high (total) carb count, this smoothie is ideal for carb re-feeding or as post-workout recovery fuel.
