Chocolate Keto Collagen Smoothie
Yield: 1 cup // Prep time: 5 min Calories: 305 Fat: 19g Carbs: 13g Protein: 18g Sugar: <1g
2 tsp chia seed
1 cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp cacao powder
Dash Himalayan sea salt (optional)
1 Tbsp peanut butter (optional)
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on high until nice and smooth.
