Fat Bombs 5-Ways
Yield: 8 bites // Serving size: 1 bite // Prep time: 5 min // Freeze time: 30 min Calories: 84 Fat: 8g Carbs: 1g Protein: 1g Sugar: 0g
4 ounces organic cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup heavy cream
Juice of one lemon
1 tsp coffee extract or 1 shot of espresso
1 tsp maple extract
1 Tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
2 tsp matcha powder
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Pour mixture into silicone tray.
Freeze until set.
Store in freezer in an airtight container for 5-7 days.
