Keto Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Yield: 1 cup // Serving size: 1/4 cup Calories: 134 Fat: 12g Carbs: 9g Protein: 3g Sugar: 1g


  1. 1 small Hass avocado

  2. 2 TBL unadulterated peanut butter

  3. 2 TBL heavy whipping cream

  4. 1 TBL raw cacao powder

  5. 3 tsp monk fruit

  6. 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  7. 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  9. Dash Himalayan sea salt

  10. 1/4 tsp maca powder (optional energy)


  1. Place all ingredients in Vitamix (or other high-powered blender).

  2. Blend on low until smooth and creamy.

  3. Place in fridge or freezer to cool before consuming (I prefer to freeze it).

The portion size is rather small— but don’t worry— this stuff is seriously rich, so a little goes a long way!
