  1. 2 slices sprouted Ezekiel bread

  2. 2 slices heirloom or beefsteak tomato

  3. 1/4 avocado, sliced

  4. Thinly sliced cucumber

  5. Handful alfalfa sprouts

  6. 1/2 cup chicken

  7. 1/2 TBL Dijon mustard

  8. 1/2 TBL Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo
